We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible! After receipt of payment, our delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days. Please remember that weekend days do not count as working days. You will receive an email containing a link with which you can easily track your order.

Standard Shipping

We only ship insured, as this is the only way we can guarantee the arrival of your order. Insured shipping costs €5.99 within Germany and €12.99 within Austria, Italy, and France. Shipping to Switzerland and other international destinations costs €23.99.

Express Shipping

Benefit from the speed and reliability of our shipping partner DPD. Express deliveries are only available to addresses within Germany and will be delivered to you on the next business day if you place your order Monday - Friday before 2 PM. Express delivery (excluding deliveries to parcel lockers) is only possible on the German mainland.

Please note that orders placed on a Saturday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday (not Monday!).

Express delivery costs €12.99.

RETURN PERIOD

You can return your items to us at any time within 14 days. The goods must be handed over to the shipping carrier on the 14th day at the latest. Please register your return online in your customer account and avoid unnecessary costs if the return period is exceeded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You bear the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend insured shipping. We will process your return within 2-5 business days of receipt.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Please note that we only accept returns of new goods – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging or with tags. Trying an item on once is not considered worn.

If the goods are damaged due to excessive use (not just inspection) or significantly altered (crinkled), a deduction for loss of value may be applied. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim compensation for damage.

You can change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, simply contact our customer service: Kundenservice@livishome.com. Our customer service will be happy to help you quickly.

For an exchange, you send the goods back to us at your own expense and can then place a new order.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot process any shipping inquiries via Instagram or other channels.

Proper care is important so that you can enjoy our products for a long time. In the product description, you will find individual tips and recommendations on how to care for your chosen product.

Our items are designed to grow with your child, which is why we produce in dual sizes. This way, you can enjoy our products for longer. The clothing therefore runs a bit larger, so for particularly slim children, we recommend ordering one size smaller.

The oversized sweaters have an oversized fit, which is why we recommend your current size here. The hoodies/sweaters are true to size.
